Where is my order?
Open Your Orders in your Amazon account to see the delivery status and tracking. If something looks wrong, choose Contact seller from the same page.
How do I return or exchange my bag?
Returns and replacements for bags bought on Amazon are handled through Your Orders. Pick the order, choose the return or replace option and follow the steps.
Where do I find my model number?
Look for the tag inside the lining of the main compartment. It usually starts with BE- followed by a code such as PC-8021. Your Amazon order page also shows the product name and ASIN.
My wheel, zipper or handle has a problem. What can I do?
Take a photo of the affected part and the model label, then send them with your order number through the form above. Our wheels, zippers and repairs guide also covers common fixes.
