How to Find Your Bebe Luggage Model Number

Your model number usually starts with BE- followed by two letters, such as BE-PC-8021. Look for a label or tag, which is usually inside the case lining on suitcases, or find it under product details on your Amazon order. The prefix tells you what kind of bag you have.

Where to look

• Inside the case. On most suitcases, look for a label or tag in the lining. Open the case fully and check both halves and any pocket.
• Tags and packaging. Hang tags, inserts and the original box may show it.
• Your Amazon order. Open the order in Your Orders, then the product page. The model number is often in the product details.
• No label? The collection name (for example Adriana), size and color are enough to identify your bag.

What the prefixes mean

These are patterns we have observed on product listings. They are not an official coding system, so treat them as a guide.

Reading the rest of the number

• The digits often end with the size class, as in 8021 for a 21-inch and 8029 for a 29-inch.
• A trailing code, such as -BKFP, often looks like a color code. We can't confirm what every code stands for.
• Sets can include the piece count, as in BE-PC-8000-3 for a 3-piece set.

Why it helps

Quote the model number when you:

• Compare sizes and dimensions.
• Contact the seller about an order. See Orders, returns and warranty.
• Ask about a wheel or zipper problem. See Wheels, zippers and repairs.

Take a photo of the label and keep it with your receipt.
