We don't publish a universal warranty period for bebe luggage. Coverage depends on the exact product, the seller and the packaging, so check your order's seller and any paperwork that came with the bag. For orders, returns and replacements, start in Your Orders on Amazon.
Checking your warranty
- Look in the box. Check for a warranty card, insert or hang tag.
- Check the seller. In Your Orders, open the order and note who sold and shipped the item.
- Check the product page for any warranty information the seller lists.
- Keep your receipt and the order number.
If none of these mention a warranty, assume we can't confirm one. Please don't rely on a coverage length you saw elsewhere. Other luggage brands' warranties do not apply to bebe.
Returns and replacements
- Open Your Orders on Amazon and find the item.
- Choose the return or replacement option, if one is offered.
- If you need help, use Contact seller or Amazon's support.
Return windows and conditions are set by Amazon and the seller, and they can differ by seller and by item. Check the details on your order. Use the bag normally before you decide, but bags that show wear may not qualify for a return.
Damaged on a flight?
Report damage to the airline before you leave the airport, and ask about their claim process. Airlines have their own rules, and we can't say what an airline will cover.

If you can't reach the seller, you can contact bebe's general customer service. This is a general bebe.com contact, not a luggage warranty desk, and they may refer you back to your seller.
